I’ve had trouble both creating a vision for today’s drawing that would go well with the, as well as learning the skills needed to paint it. It’s one of those days that I’d LOVE having some lessons un palette and technique ‘under my belt’! Guess it’s good for me to realize this. I want to learn how to paint a ‘luster’ and ‘twilight’ and many more things! Sofar, here’s the beginning of this day’s painting.

I’d say continue to paint and write from your heart. Skill is something that anyone can acquire. Your mind’s unique creativity is longing to be expressed in just the way that you are doing it. That sets you apart and makes your art a breath of fresh air, in my opinion.

Keep experimenting to find the answers to your search. Your style is uniquely yours, don’t mess it up with lessons. :). I think it was N.C. Wyeth or maybe Andrew Wyeth that would not let his children take art lessons. I love what you are doing ❣️
